150 years after the death of the last Lincoln Waite, Selby Dickinson, Waites again took their place in a Civic Procession. The new City of Lincoln Waites accompanied the Mayor and Civic party at the official switch-on of Lincoln's Christmas lights. The Lincoln musicians were assisted by Waite friends from Doncaster and King's Lynn.
